I started my career as an engineer. MSEE, then an MBA — I was trained to solve problems, optimize systems, and drive outcomes. For years, I led teams across the US and India in Telecom, IT, Manufacturing, and Pharma. I was good at the work. But I kept noticing something: the technical solutions were never really the hard part. The hard part was always the people.

There was a moment — I remember it clearly — when I realized that the most capable people I knew weren't struggling because they lacked information or intelligence. They were stuck because no one had ever helped them pause long enough to get clear on what they actually wanted. That observation changed everything. It shifted me from leading teams to developing the leaders of those teams.

I spent significant years building my craft in the United States, where I encountered leaders from every background, culture, and industry — each with their own version of the same story: enormous capability, not fully expressed. When I returned to India, I brought that global lens with me. The problems were the same. The potential was the same. The need for real, grounded development work was, if anything, greater.
