Leadership Transformation Partner · ICF PCC Executive Coach
I help people think differently — and feel seen.
24+ years in global leadership across the US and India. Now I partner with leaders and organizations to move beyond reactive decision-making and into clarity, ownership, and purposeful action.
I have always been curious
Curious about people, places, ideas, and possibilities. Curious about what is around the next corner and what I can learn along the way. That curiosity is what eventually shaped my path from engineer to ICF PCC Executive Coach and Global Speaker.
I grew up in India and started my career here before moving to the US, where I spent more than two decades building my career and working with global teams and organizations. My journey took me through corporate life at Ericsson, an MBA at UC Irvine, different cultures, different countries, and experiences that shaped how I think, lead, and connect with people.
After more than 20 years in the US, I came back to India. And somewhere along that journey, I started asking myself a few deeper questions. What do I really want to do? What more can I create? How can I use everything I have learned to make a difference to others? Those questions opened up a whole new chapter.
Today, I bring together many different parts of my journey as a Global Speaker, ICF PCC Professional Certified Coach, entrepreneur, facilitator, author, and podcaster. I am also proud to be part of the Professional Speakers Association of India, a tribe of professional speakers who constantly inspire me through their stories, experiences, and generosity in sharing what they know.
I have had the privilege of speaking at conferences, universities, and organizations, working with leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, women leaders, and teams through keynotes, workshops, executive coaching, and facilitated conversations.
Beyond speaking and coaching
My journey has never been only about speaking or coaching. I love creating and exploring, and entrepreneurship has given me another canvas to learn and experiment on. LA Italiya Luxury Interiors is one of those journeys, a chance to step into a completely different world of creativity, design, business, and people. My association with GITAM has brought another dimension through my interactions with students, faculty, leaders, and the wider learning community.
My book, podcasting, newsletters, workshops, speaking, and travel are all different expressions of the same curiosity that has been with me for as long as I can remember. I love meeting people, hearing their stories, learning from different perspectives, and connecting the dots between seemingly different worlds.
The DUAL in my journey
I have also realized that I don't have to choose just one side of myself. I actually enjoy the dual nature of my journey.
These different experiences have shaped the way I see the world. They don't compete with each other. They make each other richer.
Becoming a Trail Blazer
That is where Trail Blazer became such an important part of my story. For me, being a Trail Blazer is not about having everything figured out. It is about being curious enough to explore, courageous enough to take the next step, open enough to learn every day, and willing enough to create your own path when there isn't one.
I am passionate about supporting people who are willing to take action, keep learning, grow through their experiences, and become Trail Blazer Leaders in their own way, because I believe one person's growth can create a ripple effect.
Light the light that can light many, many more lights.
Reflection and gratitude
When I look back, I don't just see the milestones. I see the people, the conversations, the opportunities I never expected, the places I have travelled to, the mistakes I have made, the lessons I have learned, the moments that made me laugh, and the moments that made me stop and think. The more I reflect, the more grateful I feel.
I still don't know exactly where this journey is taking me, and I am okay with that. I don't think we always need to know the final destination. Sometimes it is enough to take one step at a time, stay curious, and cherish the journey.
And then there is me
Beyond all the professional titles, there is simply me.
Life is too short. I want to experience it, learn from it, laugh through it, reflect on it, and be grateful for it. I am also a big believer in the universal magical powers of life. Books like Psycho-Cybernetics, Many Lives, Many Masters, Who Will Cry When You Die?, and Think and Grow Rich have stayed with me through different chapters, along with thinkers like Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Earl Shoaff, and Earl Nightingale, all of whom have shaped how I think about growth, possibility, and personal development.
I don't have all the answers. I am still learning, still exploring, still creating, still meeting people, still discovering new possibilities. Still blazing my trail. The curiosity continues, the journey continues, and there is still so much more to explore.

Real leadership doesn't begin with a strategy — it begins with a leader who knows why they lead.
Reflection over Reaction
The most powerful leadership tool is a pause. Real clarity comes from inside — not from more information or faster decisions.
Clarity before Action
Leaders who act from clarity move differently. They're decisive, accountable, and calm under pressure — not because they're fearless, but because they're grounded.
People before Process
Every strategy is executed by a human being. Invest in the person — their mindset, their clarity, their ownership — and the process takes care of itself.

"Working with Sandhya didn't just change how I lead — it changed how I see myself as a leader. She has this rare ability to ask the question you didn't know you needed to hear, and hold space for you to actually answer it honestly."
"I came in thinking I needed better systems. What I actually needed was to stop second-guessing myself. Sandhya helped me find that clarity — and then showed me how to lead from it. The results followed naturally."
Let's work together.
Whether through coaching, speaking, or a leadership program — I'd love to hear what you're navigating.
